Ex Oyo ALGON Boss, Prince Aleshinloye Condoles Ex-First Lady, Dr Ajimobi Over Mother’s Death.
The immediate past Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria(ALGON) in Oyo State, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye,MDII, has commiserated with the Wife of former Governor Ajimobi, Chief(Dr) Florence Ajimobi, on the death of her Mother,Madam Victoria Amudoaghan.
In a statement personally signed by him, Prince Aleshinloye stated that the death of Mama Amudoaghan was painful and sad.
The APC Chieftain, Aleshinloye described the demise as a sad event which will leave a vacuum in the lives of the children, family, close relatives and friends of the family.
Abass-Aleshinloye, also extolled the deceased as “a quintessential mother, pillar of support to her daughter, devout Christian and community leader who devoted her lifetime to the service of God and humanity.’’
“Indeed,I received the news with disbelief and shock. As mortals, we never want our elderly ones to die, but the Holy Books say that all souls must taste death. So, we have to submit to the supreme will of the Almighty from whom we came and unto whom we shall all return. Adieu to our beloved mother,”he said.
He prayed that may mama’s soul rest in perfect peace and that may God give the Amudoaghan’s family of Delta state fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
