Fed Commissionership: Hon Afeez Bello Mabinuori Congratulates Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye over Appointment

Internationalist and youth advocate Hon. Afeez Bello Mabinuori has congratulated former Algon Chairman in Oyo State Hon. Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye, over his swearing in as Federal Character Commissioner from Oyo State by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Thursday, January 22, at the Council Chamber, Abuja.

While felicitating with the ex-council boss, Mabinuori wrote, “Congratulations to our party chieftain and leader; it is inspiring and exciting to see you progressing in your political career. I wish you a resounding success that will have a far-reaching positive impact on the lives of Oyo State and Nigerian citizens at large.

Mabinuori described Aleshinloye as a visionary statesman who has made enduring contributions to the democracy and socio-economic and political development at the grassroots level.

The 2024 APC candidate from the Ibadan North Local Government Area of the state acknowledges Aleshinloye’s commitment to party growth and unity, democratic values, and good governance, which has earned him immense respect across the country.

Aleshinloye alongside other 36 appointees across the federation were sworn in by President Tinubu to promote and stabilise the conscience of the country, ensure equitable distribution of public and socio-economic infrastructure across the state of the Federation and Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

President Tinubu charged the newly inaugurated Federal Commissioners to reflect the federal character. Mr President noted that the complexity and diversity of the country are in their hands, and they should think about what they can do for the country to make it greater, not what the country can do for them.

In attendance were Chief of Staff to the President, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Dele Alake, other top State House Permanent Secretaries, among others.
