The Pioneer Chairman of Aare Latosa Local Council Development Area(LCDA), in Oyo-State, Bashorun Adekunle Oladeji popularly known as OMOBAO has greeted Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year Mawlud Nabbiy celebration.
In his this year Mawlud Nabbiy celebration’s message, issued yesterday and made available to newsmen in Ibadan, the Oil and Gas Magnate, Bashorun Oladeji encouraged people to follow, wholeheartedly, the good teachings of Prophet Muhammad(SAW), especially, his fundamental teachings of love, peace and unity.
“Noble birth and glorious life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad is a great lesson to us all. Prophet was born as an orphan with no father, and his mother also died months after his birth. Yes, Noble Prophet encountered many challenges in life but yet he lived a fulfilled life”,he lauded.
“Always, let’s follow the path of peace that Islam represents, and we Muslims must also ensure that we show love to others, irrespective of their religious or tribal differences. This will assist greatly in fostering the peace and unity which our country really need, at this material time”, Bashorun Oladeji said.
“It’s also important that we place humanity first in all we do. Let’s be our neighbour’s keepers. Let’s spread warmth and compassion. Let the activities of our daily lives reflect the goodness of Almighty Allah to other people”, he reiterated.
The influential Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Bashorun Oladeji celebrated with all fellow Muslim faithful in Nigeria and across the world. “It’s my prayers that may Almighty Allah grant all Muslim faithful the grace to celebrate many more of it. Happy Mawlud Nabiyy.” Oladeji prayed.
