His Death Quite Shocking, Devastating – Senator Akintunde Mourns Hon Akinremi
Senator Yunus Akintunde has expressed shock on the death of Hon Olaide Akinremi, an incident which occured early hours of this morning.
In a release made available to the media by Kunle Olatunji, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Senator Akintunde, he affirmed that the passage of the federal lawmaker was quite sad and devastating.
“I recieved the news of Hon. Olaide Akinremi’s death with shock, unusual heaviness of heart and deep sorrow in a total submission to Allah’s will”
“He will be sorely missed as a very fantastic fellow who was benevolent, his good nature was quite commendable and unique, those are values which endeared him to many of his admirers”
“His style of politics and unpretentious commitment to his people at his constituency and beyond really attracted him to many people”
“I commiserate with his immediate family members, constituents at Ibadan North Federal constituency which he represents at the Federal House of Representatives, political associates and all of us at the All Progressives Congress party during this time of grief so devastating for everyone”.
“To the entire National Assembly and in particular the Federal House of Representatives of which he was a staunch member, always advocating for democratic values and quality benevolent representation, please accept my heartfelt condolences with prayers that Allah’s protection will be on the rest of us”
