The Minister who featured simultaneously at both Lagelu 96.7fm and Fresh 105.9 respectively while answering some political questions misconstrued some notable facts.
Barr. Adebayo Shittu former Governorship Candidate of defunct CPC and former Minister of Communication but never returned by 2019 unfortunately gave a wrong impression about Oke Ogun Agenda.
In the quest of the said programmes, he said it is time for the consideration of Oke Ogun to produce the next Governor of Oyo state.
He gave all he could to juxtapose the need for Ibadan to consider the mandate of Governorship to Oke Ogun while considering himself as a noble candidate.
Common, he boldly said he has spent most of his fruitful life in Ibadan and married to two Ibadan daughters.
Truly, there are numbers of qualified, competent and good people from Oke Ogun to be on the mantle of leadership of Oyo state come 2023.
The Minister (former) got it wrong woefully when he dabble to dilate the political magnate of Oyo North.
He emphatically claimed that the senator representing Oyo North did not win any Local Government from his three Local Government Area. It is true and clear that Oke Ogun have Ten Local Government out of the thirteen (13) Local Government that make Oyo North Senatorial.
Fact finding mission found out that Senator won the election land slide. He pulled the total vote of 104, 344 against close rival PDP with votes of 89, 608. The different is crystal clear of 14, 736 to surpassed PDP.
If CPC during 2015 governorship election was able to garner the magnitude of 104, 344 votes their Governorship candidate would have be more meaningful and relevant in the political circuit of Oyo state.
Mr Ex- Minister Sir , do not be disturbed with wrong information as regard the result of the Ogbomosho, here comes ORIRE LGA result for your perusal ADC- NIL, ADP-4641, ((APC- 9240)) and PDP -8018. The Senator won hands down please get details from INEC for further reference.
The Oyo North Senator popularly call OMOLUABI is not an ingrate like anyone. He knows what support he received from noble people of Oke Ogun to the extent of being a two- term Senator from Oyo North. (the first of its kind in the history of Oyo North political activities.)
History will never forget the distinguished Senator representing Oyo North in term of dividends of democracy and uncommon representation he has brought to the senatorial district particularly Oke Ogun zone. We talk of ICT centres, employment opportunities , Social amenities, empowerment and the very ice on the cake is the progress recorded as regard FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, OKE OGUN, OYO STATE.
Worrisome, when the team of veteran journalists led by Mayor Isaac Brown was trying to tease the ex- minister that Oke Ogun wants to be Governor 2023 and at the same time be Senator of Oyo North. He erroneously affirmed in positive what is not expected from a toddler in politics. It is very disturbing because good people of Oke Ogun are not the greedy type.
Governor and Senator 2023 is misplacement of priority.
OMOLUABI representing Oyo North is a successful and accomplished senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Finally, OMOLUABI has demonstrated to be a performer within his duty as a legislator and above all making the state proud as a leader of reference in the Federal Republic of Nigeria
The only question is, the Ibadan factor which certainly is meant to promote good more of good governance than town and we believe we can all team up and work together to make Omoluabi the next Oyo State Governor, 2023 and beyond.
