Humanity: A Cry For Help, Save Rafiu! – OiKF.
17 year-old Rafiu Waliu was found on the streets on Thursday in a pitiful condition. He was hungry and at the same time begging for money for his medical bills.
We took him in and after investigation, it was discovered that he was diagnosed of DIABETES KETOACIDOSIS (Juvenile Diabetes) since December, 2021 but because he could not afford the bills, he didn’t return to the hospital. We had to rush him to the hospital yesterday because his case was becoming critical. Currently, he is on admission at the General Hospital, Oyo.
Rafiu’s father is aged and his mother has sight issues. He has no one to look for him. We need funds for his hospital bills and feeding.
