Ibadan Northwest: Dr Adebayo Adams Displays Scorecards As Councillor, Lauds Benefactors, Restates Next Step.
Former Councilor from Oke’Badan Local Council Development Area(LCDA), Dr. Yusuf Adebayo Adams has stated his achievements while in office as Councillor of ward 08 of the local council.
Former acting Chairman of the Councillors’ Forum in Oyo-State, Hon. Adams thanked his associates, supporters and benefactors in politics. He also, used the avenue to restated his commitments to represent his good people of Ibadan Northwest in the state House of Assembly.
“Ta Ba Se Ni Lo Ore Ope Lan’ Ndu. To the glory of God, it’s exactly three years today that you gave me and my other colleagues the mandate to be your representatives at the council level”, Adams stated.
“On this day, 12th of May, 2018, you all came out to vote for us en mass, after we have passed through rigorous screening, campaign and due electioneering process, you stood by us and the election was assumed to be the best in the history of the election that OYSIEC ever conducted in the state”, he said.
The renown Agropreneur, Adams said that, “Thanks to our visionary Leader, Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi of the blessed memory. I equally want to thank the leadership of our party, APC in Ibadan Northwest Local Government Area of Oyo- State for their immense contributions towards the poll. They are quintessential leaders and their kinds are rare. They are leaders you can always wish to have because of their brilliance and uniqueness, they are all eloquent. Thank you, sir, for your efforts and supports
“I want to use this precious moment to thank good people of ward 8 for their immeasurable supports during the course of my service and I must not forget to acknowledge Hon. Kehinde Kabir Olanrewaju(Ojo-jakan), who also represented the ward 8 at LCDA. May God continue to be for us all”, he said.
“Within the space of 12 month as your representative, I embarked on many capacity building training before we are illegally dissolved. And we are looking forward to the better future ahead”, he stated.
