Independence Day: Barr Agbaje Greets Nigerians, Urges Support for President Tinubu’s Administration

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barr. Akeem Agbaje, has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of the country’s 64th Independence Anniversary, urging citizens to remain patient and hopeful as the nation’s best days are ahead.

Agbaje called on Nigerians to have trust in the leadership and policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, expressing confidence in his ability to steer the country out of its current challenges.

In a statement issued by his media office in Ibadan on Monday, Agbaje reflected on the significance of October 1st, describing it as a day to celebrate the resilience and strength of the Nigerian people over the past six decades.

“Nigeria’s 64th Independence anniversary is a moment to reflect on our journey as a nation—on our triumphs and the challenges we have faced. Despite these challenges, we remain a strong, united, and determined people,” Agbaje said.

While acknowledging the difficulties confronting the country, including economic and security concerns, Agbaje urged Nigerians to place their trust in the leadership of President Tinubu, whose policies and vision are designed to lead the country toward lasting prosperity.

“As we face these testing times, I encourage Nigerians to have faith in President Bola Tinubu’s leadership. His policies, though requiring patience, are laying the foundation for a stronger and more resilient economy. With his vast experience and commitment to progressive governance, I believe he is the right leader to guide Nigeria out of the woods.

The legal luminary Agbaje also praised the contributions of past and present leaders in the quest for national development, stressing the need for unity and cooperation among citizens to ensure a prosperous future.

“As we mark this 64th Independence anniversary, let us recommit ourselves to the ideals of peace, progress, and unity. Together, we can build a Nigeria where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive,” Agbaje submitted..
