“HON. OLAIDE OLALERE SUES FOR PEACE ACROSS OYO STATE

One of the APC Chieftains in Ibadan North East Local Government of Oyo State and State Assembly Aspirants during the last 2019 General Election from Ibadan North East Constituency II, Hon. Olaide Aremu Olalere fondly called “ERE” by his massive admirers and staunch supporters has sued for peace across Oyo State and Ibadan Northeast in particular.

Olalere condemns destructive actions of some hoodlums at Ibadan Northeast Local Government Secretariat, Iwo Road, Ibadan today, 27/01/2020, where some hoodlums loyal to People’s Democratic Party (PDP) barricaded the main entrance of the council wielding dangerous weapons and ready to hack and brutalise peace-loving people present to defend their mandate. It took the exemplary, peaceful and ingenuous interventions and discretions of the Elected Chairmen, Hon.Lekan Afuye and Prince Gbade Lana to curtail the situation and record a peaceful progress.

Ere asserts; “I call on Gov. Seyi Makinde of Oyo State to display charismatic mode of leadership and prove to be the father of all as showed by His counterpart, Gov Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State and others who have allowed the Elected chairmen of opposition parties in their respective states to conclude their legitimate tenures.

In the spirit of Progressivism and Oneness, Ere salutes the courage of teeming and peace- loving All Progressives Congress, APC Party faithfuls across the twelve wards of IBNE Local Government and he as well appeals to them to continue in their peaceful manner .
