Just In: Oyo Students Protest Against “Bad State of Education, Pass Vote of No Confidence on Makinde, Beg Ajimobi for Forgiveness.

Students from various higher institutions of learning across Oyo State have protested en mass today at the entrance of the state Secretariat, Agodi in Ibadan.

Students in their thousands protested against the bad state of education under the watch of Engr Seyi Makinde. They also passed a “Vote of No No Confidence” on Mr. Governor for mismanaging the education affairs of the state.

They cried further, on Mr Governor insincerity towards their lecturers, “whose lives were made difficult by the consultant he brought from Edo State, to milk us in Oyo”, they lamented.

Some of them were chanting “aluta gyration” and seeking for the forgiveness from the late Governor of The State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi. “Gov. Ajimobi!, please, forgive us. Now, we know better”, they begged.
