LAUTECH: Kajola Youth Write Makinde, Demand for Mini Campus.

Kajola Youth Forum, an association that champions the development of young people in Kajola Local Government, has written a letter to the Exevutive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, to site a mini campus of Ladoke Akintola University of technology in Kajola Local Government.

This is contained in the news release issued by the Convener of The Forum, Comrade Oseni Ibrahim and made available to press men in Ibadan today .

” We are writing to commend and congratulate you, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, on your monumental achievement to secure the sole ownership of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso for Oyo State Government”, Oseni stated.

“This, and many other achievements within a short time of your coming on board to drive the vehicle of the pacesetter State, has made you to demonstrate a high level of commitment, dedication, love and maturity towards ensuring that Oyo State, under your watch, is progressing. These achievements have also confirmed you to be a progressive-minded leader whose political ideology or style is worthy of emulation.

“In addition, your leadership steps and daring actions have shown to us, the youths in Oyo State, that you are a leader who always have the interest of the people at the back of your mind when you are making decision.

“Therefore, with all this in mind, we want to use this medium to implore and also plead that you site or locate one of the mini campuses of LAUTECH in Okeho, the headquarter of Kajola Local Government Area.

“Okeho is a very peaceful and accommodating town with good topography that is conducive for such a mini campus.

“We look forward towards your favourable response to our request.

“Thanks in anticipation of your positive response”, Oseni said.
