LG Polls: Prince Akinremi Jagaban Bolsters APC Candidates in Ibadan North with Additional Financial Support for Chairmanship, Vice Chairmanship, Councillorship Candidates.
Earlier, the Honourable Member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Honourable (Prince) Musiliu Olaide Akinremi Jagaban, supported the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan North Federal Constituency with 2 million naira ahead of the forthcoming local government elections in Oyo State.
With the fervour of a true philanthropist, yesterday, Prince Akinremi took centre stage yet again, as he fortified the campaign coffers with an additional 2 million naira. This act of consolidated generosity emphasised his commitment to the cause and his unwavering dedication to his constituents and party faithful.
Akinremi donated 1,200,000 naira for councilorship standard bearers. He supported each councillor with an additional N100,000.00, the vice chairmanship candidate with an additional N100,000.00, the chairmanship flag bearer went home with an additional N200,000.00, and he donated additional N500,000.00 to the campaign council, making an additional 2 million Naira.
Addressing the enthusiastic candidates, Prince Akinremi radiated confidence and encouragement, expressing his delight in their candidature and emphasising their pivotal role in shaping the future of their local government. “I am delighted that you are the ones that will contest on the platform of our great party,” he remarked, his words infused with genuine optimism for their success at the polls.
Demonstrating his belief in their potential as ambassadors of the party, Prince Akinremi emphasised the importance of exemplary conduct and diligent campaign efforts. Drawing on his own record of pro-people representation over the past five years, he assured the candidates of his unwavering support, citing his extensive track record of positive impact on constituents through his various developmental initiatives.
Prince Akinremi did not stop at financial assistance alone; he also provided invaluable campaign materials such as handbills and flyers, ensuring that the candidates are equipped with the tools necessary to effectively engage with voters.
Akinremi assured the candidates of his continued support until victory is secured, and this serves as a testament to his dedication to the cause and unwavering belief in the potential of the APC candidates.
