Mawlud Nabbiy: I Felicitate With My Brothers and Sisters in Islam – Real Estate Magnate, Hon ‘Lekan Afuye Greets.
The former Chairman of the overall 25 Local Councils,11 Local Government Areas and 14 LCDA’s, in Ibadan Land, Honourable ‘Lekan Afuye has greeted Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year Mawlud Nabbiy celebration.
In his this year Mawlud Nabbiy celebration’s message, the Real Estate Magnate, Hon. Afuye encouraged people to imbibe good teachings of Prophet Muhammad(SAW), especially, his sacred teachings of love, peace and unity.
“Noble birth and glorious life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad is a great lesson to us all. Prophet was born as an orphan with no father, and his mother also died months after his birth. Of course, The noble Prophet faced many life challenges but yet he lived a fulfilled life”,he extolled.
“And may I use this avenue to enjoin Nigerians, to fervently pray for our dear country, to overcome her several challenges, ranging from insecurity, financial hardship among others. Let’s pray for our dear country and by His Grace, we shall overcome.
“Despite the differences in our religions and regions, let’s all remember that we’re all members of human race and descendants of Prophet Adam. Nigeria must be united, peaceful and successful. Let’s pray and act piously.
“Indeed, I pray that may the blessing of this festive period of noble birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad stay with us all, now and forever. ‘Happy Mawlud Nabiyy to Us All’, Hon. Afuye greeted.
