Mawlud Nabiyy: Senator Buhari Charges Muslims to Emulate Prophet Muhammad’s Good Deeds.
As today is set aside for Muslims to celebrate birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, the Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has charged Muslims to use the occasion to pray, not only for the soul of the Noble Prophet but also,to highlight his deeds for the purpose of emulating him on their daily activities.
The lawmaker stated this in his release tagged “Message to Muslims on the occasion of 2021 Mawlud Nabiyy” which was made available to journalists this morning.
According to the Legislator, Buhari,”Prophet Muhammed is a unique being and an epitome of good characters who propagated Islam as a religion of peace through good deeds and admirable behaviours.
He added that going by the description given by His Creator to Prophet Muhammad, “He’s the only being whose conduct has been perfected and recommended for emulation by every human being.
Senator Buhari, who identified love and tolenrance for everyone as ways of life through which the prophet related with people, charged Muslims in the country to embrace the same attribute so that peace and peaceful co-existence can return to the country.
While wishing every Muslim a joyous Mawlud Nabiyy celebration, Senator Buhari prayed that they shall all mark numerous of the day on the surface of earth, in sound health and peace of mind.
