May Day: Sen Buhari Greets Workers, Assures Nigerians of 10th Assembly’s Commitments to More “Favourable Legislations”.

As Nigerian Workers joined their colleagues in other parts of the world to celebrate 2023 International Labour Day, Oyo North Senator-Elect, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has assured workers of favourable legislations in the 10th National Assembly, that will be inaugurated soon.
This was contained in the lawmaker’s message of felicitation with workers in Oyo North Senatorial District, and which was made available to journalists this morning.
According to Senator Buhari, workers are integral part of any Nation, whose welfare and development should be given the desired priority so that the country can grow to the deserved status of a developed nation.
Buhari added that workers in Nigeria have been part and parcel of monumental achievements that can be credited to Federal government led by All Progressives Congress (APC) in the last eight years.
Buhari lauded workers for voting massively for the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom he identified as a workers friendly personality, whose administration shall place Nigerians Workers in a better pedestal in the comity of labour in the world.
“The 10th National Assembly shall as a matter of importance work with our Leader and Principal, Asiwaju Tinubu in making the country’s civil service and enviable one,” Senator Buhari assured.
Senator Buhari appealed to all workers in the country particularly Oyo North to give APC led Federal government the appropriate support once the administration is inaugurated in May 29th, this year.
Buhari seized the opportunity to reiterate his belief that the civil service is the engine upon which government run. He pledged never to take workers in Oyo North for granted.
“As a Legislator in the Senate, representing the good people of Oyo North Senatorial District, I shall continue to play my legislative roles towards ensuring better livings for our Nigerian workers”, Senator Buhari emphasized.
Senator Buhari conveyed his warm felicitations and best wishes to all workers and members of the Labour movement in Oyo North, Oyo State and Nigeria at large on the occasion of this year’s Workers Day celebration.
