MINISTERSHIP: Ex-Oyo LG, LCDA Vice Chairmen Congratulate Chief Bayo Adelabu.
Former Vice Chairmen of Local Government(LG) and Local Council Development Area(LCDA) under the umbrella of Association of Local Government Vice Chairman of Nigeria(ALGVCON), Oyo State chapter, also known as Forum of Ex-LG and LCDA Vice Chairmen have congratulated Chief Adebayo Adelabu on his nomination, and confirmation of appointment, as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Members of the Forum of Ex-LG and LCDA Vice Chairmen in the state, in their congratulatory message, described the appointment as a well deserved one and clarion call to service of Nigeria.
Forum of Ex-LG and LCDA Vice Chairmen appealed to all tendencies in Oyo APC to be united, and to rally round Chief Adelabu as the member of Federal Executive Council(FEC), from the state and committed Nigerian statesman that means well for the state.
The Forum lauded Adelabu’s professional prowess, required capacity, heavy credentials and charismatic mode of leadership. They maintained that,”Chief Adelabu would use the opportunity of his ministership to bring the most needed unity back to the fold of APC in the state, progress to the state, and to contribute immensely to the development of Nigeria.
