NANS Presidential Hopeful , Alli Egbesola Celebrates Nig At 60, Pays Tribute to Aluta Kapon, Campaigns Against Covid 19 as He Welcomes Students Back to Schools .

“Yesterday is an history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God and that is why we call it ‘the present’. Our present zeal will surely give us a better Nigeria that we all want and dream of. You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. ‘When we love, we always strive to become better than we are. Hope is being able to see that there is light at the end of tunnel despite darkness at the bend ‘.

‘Hold fast to dreams. With this hopeful opinion, I say happy independence celebration once again to all Nigerians at home and in diaspora.

Yes, this may not be the ‘Nigeria’ that we all want but with our collective efforts both the leaders and the citizens, a better Nigeria is certain.

As we are celebrating Independence of Nigeria from colonial masters , we should not forget one of our falling heroes that has led many struggles and contributed immensely to the development of our dear association (National Association of Nigerian Students: NANS) in person of Comrade Mohammed Dauda p.k.a Aluta Kapon who lost his life to the cold hand of death on October 1, 2017, which is three years now . For him to have left this world on an historic day in Nigeria, truly Aluta kapon is an Hero and may his revolutionary soul continue to eternally remain gallant.

Importantly, as more schools have been re opened by the respective state and federal governments , we should all be reminded that Corona virus is still very much around with us. It is our common enemy and we must continue fighting it together . Let’s continue observing the protocols established by our governments and measures given by our health professionals . Let’s remember that “ALL LIVES MATTER” .
