Nigeria’s Repositioning Agenda is Tough, but Will Be Worth the Sacrifices Soonest—Senator Akintunde to Nigerians on 64th Independence Day Celebration
The Distinguished Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Dr. Yunus Akintunde, has admonished Nigerians to expect rewarding times in years ahead for the pains experienced in the repositioning agenda of the present President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration.
In his good will message made available to the media by Kunle Olatunji, his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity as the nation marks her 64th Independence Day celeberation, Senator Akintunde expressed optimism that soon, the benefits of the focus of the present administration on repositioning the economy will begin to reflect with positive impact in the quality of lives of the citizenry.
” On this special occasion of our 64th Independence Day celeberation, I rejoice with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Executive President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, our various leaders in different capacities and the entire people of Nigeria, while joining in our prayers for the prosperity and progress of our Nation Nigeria in years ahead”
“I must also sincerely empathise with the entire citizenry on the reality of our current situation as a Nation, no doubt, life is tough for everyone, but unknown to many people and quite difficult to explain it, we are all in this together as a nation without exception, however with optimism and expectations for sustained improvement in years ahead”.
