OFC: Akeem Adeyemi Displays Scorecards, Inaugurates “New Constituency Projects”.
Member, House of Representatives(MHR), from Oyo Federal Constituency , Prince Akeem Adeyemi has restated his commitments to the welfare of his constituents while inaugurating new constituency projects, recently, in the ancient city of Oyo and its environs.
“Our new achievements: Projects inauguration/constituency outreach. Our efforts towards making life more comfortable for our people and delivering more dividends of democracy down their doorsteps remain unflinching. As a result of this genuine commitment, we have been able to facilitate many federal government projects to Oyo Federal Constituency. Our fervent hope is that these projects will give a new lease of life to our people and obviate their plights”, Adeyemi stated.
Akeem Adeyemi, who is a biological son of His Imperial Majesty, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi-III revealed that, ” To ensure a swift realisation of these lofty goals, here are some of the projects we have completed and handed over yesterday Saturday, 15th May, 2021 for the benefit of the host communities: (1). ULTRAMODERN BOREHOLE AT AARO EGBEJODA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, IWARE JUNCTION, FIDITI, AFIJIO LG.(2). SOLAR BOREHOLE
AT SEMBE EKARUN, OKEOLOLA AREA, ATIBA LG. (3). DONATION, INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF TRANSFORMER AT TEMIDIRE COMMUNITY LOCATED AT OTIIA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AREA, BEHIND OBADA MARKET, OYO/OGBOMOSO EXPRESS ROAD, OYO.
“Two of these projects were inaugurated by His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Lamidi Adeyemi (III), the Alaafin of Oyo. Also, the Akibio of Ilora, His Royal Highness, Oba Stephen Oparinde (II), was on ground to inaugurate the ultramodern borehole at Fiditi, Afijio Local Government Area”, Adeyemi said.
“We are not resting on our oars. There are other ongoing projects across the Federal Constituency, which would soon be ready for inauguration”, he concluded.
