During his illustrious tenure, Oga Ojetola exemplified the ethos of transformative leadership, elevating the standard of service and enhancing the welfare of Polytechnic Ibadan staffers. Through his astute management, he orchestrated a remarkable increase in car loans, empowering staffers with financial flexibility and support. The augmentation of car loans from 250,000 to 1,000,000 epitomises his commitment to enhancing the well-being of the institution’s workforce.
Furthermore, Oga Ojetola’s visionary leadership extended beyond mere financial reforms. His advocacy for professional development manifested in the liberalisation of conference approvals, empowering staff members to engage with industry experts and foster academic growth. Additionally, his instrumental role in amplifying furniture loans underscores his unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of life for all stakeholders.
In the realm of financial stewardship, Oga Ojetola’s acumen shone brightly. His meticulous adherence to financial regulations and accounting codes ensured the integrity and transparency of all fiscal transactions. Under his guidance, the Bursary Department operated with unparalleled efficiency, with fees collected promptly and revenue meticulously monitored and accounted for.

From the implementation of the Treasury Single Account (TSA) to the establishment of a Procurement Unit, his strategic foresight propelled The Polytechnic, Ibadan, towards greater operational efficacy and fiscal sustainability.
