OLUYOLE: It’s Hard to Believe That Our ‘Asake’ Is No More – Prince Abass Aleshinloye Mourns Late APC Women Leader, Alhaja Adebiyi.

The immediate past ALGON Chairman, in Oyo State, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, MDII, has expressed sadness on the tragic departure of Alhaja Adenike Adebiyi former APC Oluyole local government women leader.

In a statement released to journalists, Prince Aleshinloye said that it was heartbreaking to hear of the unexpected passing of Alhaja Adebiyi Adenike popularly known as Asake , noting that her death was a great loss not just to her family, APC members but to the society at large.

“I learnt of the untimely passing of Alhaja Adebiyi Adenike.

“It is hard to believe that Asake is no more. Her death is so painful and untimely. She was indeed an exceptional politician, friendly, hardworking and receptive to the young and elderly. She distinguished herself in the service of the party and the community.

Aleshinloye described Adebiyi as a remarkable woman that devoted her life to grassroots women mobilization, protecting what she called “women active participation in politics and setting of goals”.
“She has proven it beyond doubt that women could be active in politics and her tireless efforts earned her the APC women’s leader position at the local government level.

Aleshinloye offered his deepest condolences to the husband, children and entire family of the deceased and prayed for the repose of her soul.
