Oluyole: Oke Are Aina Shows Legislative Scorecards As Councillor, Thanks Supporters, Unveils Next Agenda.
Hon. Oke-Are Aina has showed his legislative scorecards and laudable achievements as the councillor representing Ward 02 of Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo-State during the immediate past administration of the local council led by Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye.
Oke-Are thanked all her benefactors and supporters. She also unveiled her next agenda to serve the good people of Oluyole State Constituency at Oyo-State House of Assembly come 2023.
“I thank God Almighty, my party- APC, the good people of Oluyole Local Government and, especially, my fantastic people of Ward 2, for the great opportunity given to me to represent the great ward as councilor, even, when the dictator didn’t allow us to use substantial period of our tenure in council secretariat. Within one year, I was able to mingle with my people and we did many great things together. Thanks to you and glory be to God”, she stated.
“Then, as their councillor, I knew their needs. I spearheaded environmental matters like sanitation activities. I took many of their requests and demands to the Chairman….some roads were commissioned during that one year”, Oke-Are revealed.
Oke Are lauded the former First Lady of Oyo-State, Dr Florence Ajimobi and stated that, “My special thanks to Dr(Mrs) Ajimobi that insisted in the inclusion of females at the local level of governance. She stood by us all, with all the needed encouragements and supports. More blessings, ma.
“May the soul of my dynamic and legendary Leader, Governor Ajimobi continue to rest in peace. Even when, the present PDP government in the state wanted to rubbish our local council poll, God vindicated us. Today, we can, all, see that Sen. Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi did the right things with the fear and love of God.
“My appreciations also go to Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, my adorable and amiable leader and chairman who gave me his full supports, to be able, to do many things in a short period of time,
“Specially, my gratitude goes to my fantastic Husband, Babatunde Sadiq Aare, and my lovely children for believing in me and my ability to serve my people. They gave me all the needed peace and supports to do so much in a limited time.
“Many thanks too to my political associates and friends. Those that stood against all odds. Those that constantly prayed and wished that all ended in praises, I remain indebted to you and your love, only God can reward your belief and kindness.
“By His Grace, another journey, to Oyo-State House of Assembly, is starting soon.
Yes, I am putting up myself for another assignment to serve in a higher capacity, as the Assembly Member from Oluyole Constituency, so help me God and I count on you more than ever before.
