It is with great delight that I celebrate a quintessential personality, a trailblazer and an iconic father figure, Baba Akin Oke, the immediate All Progressive Congress Chairman, Oyo State, on the heartening occasion of his birthday.
_In your about 11 years of being the party chairman, you crafted a new vision for our State party and drew the roadmap to a greater APC. We remain indebted to you for the selfless service that you offered our party and state. This is evident by the state of the art party office you buillt, first of its kind in south west, if not Nigeria.
Brick on Bricks you built and enduring foundation for our state that successive leaders have leaveraged on. We are grateful that when our party needed direction you stood up to be counted.
As you mark 83 years on earth, my earnest heart desire is that the Lord prevent shame from coming your way and give you good health.
By the ‘AMAZING GRACE’ of God, I am confident that God will strengthen and keep you so as to play that Elder Statesman’s role in the ‘FUTURE’ as we work towards achieving a new ‘GOAL’ for our dear party and the state.
