OYO 2023: APC Youth Wing Holds Stakeholders Meeting, Sets to Constitute  Reconciliation C’ttee, Dislodge Makinde-Led PDP Govt(PHOTOS).

In the course of fostering unity and ensuring  progress within the All Progressives Congress(APC), in Oyo-State, the party’s youth wing has held a youth stakeholders meeting on Tuesday, June 28 at the State Party’s Secretariat, Oke Ado, in Ibadan.

While addressing the congregants, the State Youth Leader of the Party, Prince John Aremu Oyetunji stated that the main purpose of the meeting was to deliberate the progress of the party.”We need your immense contributions to take the party from where it is now to where it ought to be. We shall all make sure that we participate in party’s affairs, in order to wrestle power from PDP, come 2023.

“I want to believe we are all for APC. Please, if Senator Teslim Folarin  is not your gubernatorial candidate, kindly, excuse us because this meeting is strictly APC business and by His Grace, APC is taking over mantle of leadership in Oyo-State, come 2023”, he said.

“Furthermore, we need to intensify efforts on mobilizing people for continuous Permanent Voter’s Registration, and we need to canvass more people to joining our party. We will make a resolution on how to put things in proper perspectives and that was  part of the reasons I invited Hon Ambali Abiodun and Hon Aareokuta.

“As far as our (youth) interest is concerned,  I’ve always been fighting for the interests of the youths and I will continue to do so.

In his remarks, Hon. Awokunle Micheal from Akinyele Local Government advised the State Youth Leader to set up a Reconciliation Committee that will cut across the State.

Comrade Seun Adegbola (Triple T) advised the party youth wing to set up a properly driven Youth Mobilization Team that will coordinate how the youths will make the party to triumph in the coming elections.

In his own remarks, Hon Ambali Abiodun stated that,”I came here as an observer, and I am impressed with this meeting. You have been ahead because you are not allowed to be used. Please, see yourself as leaders but not as mere followers, that is where I got it wrong in my political career”.

“Asiwaju Tinubu Presidency is divine, and Senator Teslim will win as well. Asiwaju took ‘TessyLokan’ Slogan  in Ibadan to Ogun State where he rebranded it as ‘Emilokan’ “,he said.

Ambali advised APC State Youth Leadership, and he emphasized that the success of the party is the youth. “It’s time for the youth to take up the leadership of the party.

Others stakeholders and youth leaders, at the meeting, also took turns to give their respective immense contributions and they all unanimously agreed that the success of Oyo APC, at the poll, is not negotiable, come 2023.

Rasheed Ogunbiyi, Comrade ‘Kunle Adesiyan, Hon Sayo Fatoki, Asiwaju Adekola Adeoye, Hon.(Mrs) Titi Gbadamosi, Elder Olowe from Poly Ibadan, Hon. Adeyemo Adebass, Hon. Adewale Aponmode, Hon. Tope Oye Alamu, Hon. Teslim Kunle Teskom, Hon. Wasiu Olayiwola, Hon. Jimoh Lukman, Hon. Akeem from Ibadan North East, Ex Senatorial Youth Leaders, Local Government Youth Leaders, and among several others.
