Hope, especially, to nib in bud the rising waves of insecurity in Oyo State beckons as the Ibadan born legal Luminary and the Frontline Gubernatorial Hopeful, Barrister Akeem Agbaje obtained his expression of interest and nomination forms on Friday, April 6. The notable Philanthropist, Agbaje was welcomed back to Ibadan by his teeming supporters within the All Progressives Congress(APC) and beyond the party line.

While addressing his enthusiastic supporters, after returning from Abuja where he went to pick his 50 Million Naira expression of interest and nomination forms, Barr. Agbaje vowed to restore security in the state and he assured good people of the pacesetter state purposeful governance.

“ADEHUN 2023” pervaded the air when multitude of his, Akeem Agbaje’s loyalists and supporters, who accorded him a red carpet reception, were chanting the slogan that later caught the attention of other residents of Ibadan and the hailing of his name rented the air.

Continuing his speech, Barr Agbaje stated that,”Oyo State is currently witnessing anti people governance. People have become victims of insecurities in the State, and since then, many lives have been lost, properties are being destroyed and many forms of security threats, allowed to reign by Seyi Makinde led PDP government in the state, remain prevalent.

“We sympathize with those that have lost their lives. We solidarise with people that their properties have been destroyed. Definitely, if the mandate is given, by His Grace, my governance will eradicate insecurity, totally. So help me God.” Agbaje assured.
