Oyo 2023: Ex Council Gaffer, ‘OMO BAO’ Meets Ibadan North APC Excos, Officially Declares His House of Assembly’s Bid(PHOTOS).

The Pioneer Executive Chairman of Aare Latosa Local Council Development Area(LCDA) of Oyo State, Bashorun Adekunle Oladeji popularly known as “OMO-BAO” has on Thursday, April 28 met the leadership of All Progressives Congress(APC), in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo-State, to officially declare his aspiration to represent Constituency-II of the local government, in the state House of Assembly, come 2023.

The influential Chieftain of the party, APC, Omo BAO made the declaration during his official visit to APC leadership in the local government, at the party’s Secretariat.

Omo Bao stated that he was heeding clarion call of the good people of Ibadan North Constituency-II to represent them in Oyo State House of Assembly, come 2023.

The Oil and Gas Magnate, Omo BAO maintained that he had early kicked off consultations with critical stakeholders in the constituency, in which the party executives were integral part of his consultation and he found it mandatory to officially approach the APC leadership and unveil his legislative agenda.

At the declaration meeting, Bashorun Oladeji’s letter of intent, presented, reads in part;”All protocols are due and well observed. I, Bashorun Adekunle Oladeji, see it as a great honour and privilege to stand before you all, to present my letter of Intent to you, distinguished leaders and members, of our great party at the local Government level and, also, to declare my intention to run as aspirant of our great party for Oyo State House of Assembly, from Ibadan North Constituency-II, come 2023.

“With all sense of humility and responsibility, and after several consultation, I believe we can collectively reposition our great party back to the heart of governance in Oyo state. I stand before you all, the distinguished party leaders and members that if given the opportunity to be our party standard bearer for Ibadan North constituency-II, I promise to do my best, to reclaim this constituency from PDP, for APC again in 2023 general elections. I believe with my experience and general support, APC in Ibadan North Local Government constituency-II shall be victorious”, he assured
