Oyo 2023: Sen Folarin to Visit ‘Home’, Ibadan Northeast LGA Tomorrow, Attend APC ‘General’ Meeting
The Gubernatorial Standardbearer of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin is billed to officially visit his aboriginal local government, in Ibadan Major City, Ibadan Northeast Local Government, campaign for all APC candidates and attend general party’s meeting, tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22, 2022.
According to a ‘Welcome Home’ press release issued and signed by Ibadan Northeast APC Party Chairman, Hon. Azeez Elewure, the itinerary for tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22, 2022 visit of Sen. Folarin goes thus,”Interactive Meeting with Christian Association of Nigeria(CAN) within the LG, Interactive Meeting with Mogajis/Baales & CDC Groups, Interactive Meeting with Artisans and Market Associations, Interactive Meeting with Traditional Groups, Interactive Meeting with APC Leaders, Interactive Meeting with League of Imams & Alfas, and Ibadan Northeast East APC General Meeting.
In the welcome home news release, the party Chairman in the local government, Alh. Elewure extolled the virtues of Sen. Folarin and stated that the former Senate Leader remains the best helmsman to govern the pacesetter state, come 2023.
Elewure encouraged all party’s elders, leaders, members, loyalists and supporters in the local government to join campaign trail and attend the meeting, enmass.
In his words, Elewure said,”The meeting became imperative as our Governorship Candidate, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin will be paying official visit to his home, Ibadan Northeast local government with his campaign trail and all his entourage which includes Oyo APC party Chairman, Hon. Isaac Omodewu, Oyo South Senatorial Candidate, Barrister Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli, Ibadan Northeast/Southeast Member, House of Representatives Flagbearer, Hon. Dapo Lam-Adeshina(DLA) and other party bigwigs.
Justifying the official visit and meeting coming up tomorrow, Elewure maintained that is a strategic one to sell the candidatures of the party’s presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, 2023 governorship candidate of the party in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin, and other progressive candidates in Ibadan Northeast, Ibadan Land and across Oyo State, to people at the local council.
