OYO 2023: Victory Is Certain for All Our Candidates Into Various Elective Offices – APC Nat’l Youth Ambassadors Reacts to DOJ’s Call on Tinubu, Charts “Best Way forward”, Assures Victory.

APC National Youth Ambassadors, Oyo State chapter has reacted to a news story making waves in the media space and charted what it is described as the best way forward for the progressive party in the state.

Early, a group known as Disciples of Jagaban (DOJ) had called on the National Leader, and Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Party(APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to wade in and resolve the internal crisis of the party in the state. This they said is critical for the success of the APC Presidential candidate and other candidates in the 2023 elections. 

According to them, the governorship candidate of the party, Senator Teslim Folarin has not created room for genuine reconciliation among the chieftains of the party after the primary elections. 

In their reaction titled,”Observations, Assessment and Sincere Clarion Call to Oyo State Progressive/ APC Party Family”, in a short note by Tinubu/Shettima Oyo State APC National Youth Ambassadors, one of the strongest youths wing, approved by Tinubu Support Group and the APC National Secretariat, stated that,”Since we’ve all agreed that there’s no human perfections in all life given activities and there must also be rooms for deliberations, considerations and corrections, either now or in the near future on whatever perceived imbalances.

“Thus the persistence and most recent acrimony or perceived backlash to the recent past concluded primaries, going forward to the past congresses within the fold of the APC Party in Oyo State should be taken as a testing ability and crisis resolutions capacity of its teeming members and the party to forging ahead after careful considerations of different segments of disagreements.

“We must prepare a ground for disagreements and agreements as a formidable political party in the most sincerely manner.

“We must not shy away from political challenges, dynamism and diplomatic dispositions” that is currently required by all and sundry to sailing through internal and external hurdles if really, we would be sincere to ourselves and as a political party ready to wrestle power from the opposition party come 2023 general elections.

“We are using this medium to call on all of us to kindly be lenient with one another and sincerely stop the blame games” not only in the interest of the APC as a party, but in the most sincere manner of doing ourselves future goodness, if we can only coast home, victory is certain for all APC candidates into various elective offices. Its only then we can only aim high for other multiple opportunities and possibilities when the Party aggressively wins its given elective offices.

“Multiple wins will not only automatically translate into multiple bountiful blessings for the party and its members, but multiple opportunities and possibilities for bonafide members of the APC Party, especially the known aggrieved.

“Historically; we won’t go into the depth of Politics, Political definitions and the accompanied of its many past experiences, but few instances may help us all as a memory refresher.

“We have had what we might have termed as strange political experiences at least from the return of democratic rules to date. In 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2015, different analyst may have something to say as a blame game, but just using 2019 general elections as a case study in the interest of the APC Party; the general calculations and believe was that Joseph Tegbe would flag for the APC in Oyo State ditto to other elective offices as being envisaged in different quarters with different perspectives and opinion views, but all the game changed, while some accepted the happenings as their fate, others played dangerous roles of a mole within. Unfortunately, the general result was 15% profitable venture/outing in Oyo State for the Party.

“Have we learned any lesson at all? Either in a pleasant or hard pills forced down the throat which later dawn on all of us after losing such opportunity called an election just like the current scenario that would be a great chance of bonus to the APC and its teeming members. This must be a reminder to majority of us who claims to sincerely love the party; APC.

“Gotten ticket to standing for election doesn’t necessarily translate to winning an election. Thus we must be lenient and be faithful to fate if really we are going for the best outing in the forthcoming general elections, because of the past experiences.

“Perhaps, it will be helpful and desirous to burying whatever ego and be submissive to required human methodology relations and instillation in the quest for the best outing.

“Pleading that all hands should be on the desk for the good of all of us. God bless Oyo State and NIGERIA at Large.
