Due to the rising tensions within the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Oyo-State, after her aborted state congress, on Saturday, a leading Gubernatorial Hopeful on the platform of the All Progressives Congress(APC), in Oyo-state, come 2023, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has fostered peace and urged unity among the leaders and faithful of the party in the state.
The Scion of the Legendary Agbaje Salami L’Ayeye, Barr Akeem saluted Chief Akin Oke’s courage for speaking out loudly on the issues of delegates’ list falsification by Alhaji Gambo Lawan led Congress committee, especially, when it mattered most.
Barr Agbaje frowned at the crisis rocking the party, Oyo APC and appealed to the party members not to take laws into their own hands.
Agbaje assured the party faithful, in the state, of Governor Mai Mala Buni’s unbiased resolution of the lingering issues.”His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni is a man of integrity and seasoned administrator. So,let’s be confident, he will progressively resolve Oyo matters”,he assured.
