Oyo APC: MHR Hopeful, Mrs Fehintola Opeyemi Attends Adelabu’s Declaration Rally, Fosters Unity, Urges Gender Parity

Fehintola Opeyemi, the only female aspirant for Ogbomoso North, South And Orire Federal Constituency, has, yesterday, at the Chief Adebayo Adelabu Penkelemesi’s gubernatorial declaration, held in Ibadan, said truth and sincerity must prevail not only because she is the only female aspirant from Ogbomoso in the race but most importantly, gender parity and competence must not be traded.

Fehintola warmly appeared in grand style at the declaration. She proclaimed unity and peace among the party faithful.


She said,”If only me from Ogbomoso as an aspirant is welcomed and recognized here then let this recognition transforms into favor for me to democratically represent the good people of Ogbomoso North, South And Orire Federal Constituency, come 2023.


She maintained that the quality of good governance and charismatic leadership is naturally bestowed unto women.”If the mandate is given, I will definitely bring dividends of democracy to your door steps.

Fehintola pledged her allegiance and support for Chief Adelabu Penkelemesi and also urged every leaders and party faithful to team up for Adebayo Adelabu to clinch APC governorship ticket.

Fehintola appealed to all the decision makers of the party to speak unto the Ogbomoso party loyalists, and leaders to support her to get APC reps ticket to represent the good people of Ogbomoso North, South And Orire, in general.

She stated that “chickening out of the race is like a student without a focus and ambition because every aspirants are like a student writing exams while waiting for results.

“I am from Ogbomoso South and Orire is my home land. It’s time to use pure love and promote egalitarianism to let Ogbomoso South/Orire’s daughter to lead. Let the power shift because enough is enough” she reiterated.
