Oyo APC: Youth Leaders Hold Inaugural Meeting As Kunle Adesiyan, Samuel Akande Get Appointments.
The Youth Wing of All Progressives Congress(APC) in Oyo State held their maiden meeting today April 6. Youth leaders across Oyo state held this unusual meeting at the permanent secretariat of the party in Oke-Ado, ibadan.
At the meeting the State Youth Leader, Prince John Aremu Oyetunji unveiled ‘Kunle Adesiyan of Oyo East local government as State Youth Secretary of the party and Comrade Abiola Samuel Akande of Ogbomoso South as his Chief of Staff.
The State Youth Leader, Prince Oyetunji tasked the Local Government Youth Leaders to unite and work out an approach to enhance unity within the party.
The Youth Leaders brainstormed and proffered possible solutions that could address the series of problems facing the party and draw out workable plan to wrestle power from the PDP led government.
The one-day meeting, which started in the morning, dragged into the afternoon after which the party chairman joined the meeting.
Vote of confidence was passed on the Hon. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu state led executives by the youth wing of the party.
