Oyo Assembly’s APC Caucus Mourns Late Gov Ajimobi’s Daughter

The four-member of the All Progressives Congress APC legislators in the Oyo State House of Assembly has lamented the death of Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi describing her passing as tragic, sad and regrettable.

Mrs Kola-Daisi who was eldest daughter of the late former governor of the state, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, lost the final battle to the cold of death in the United Kingdom on Thursday following complications from an undisclosed illness.

In a statement jointly signed by the four legislators (Hon. Waliu Salami, Hon. Musibau Azeez, Hon. Lukman Ishola and Hon. Ibrahim Shittu), the caucus called for intense prayers from every member of the society against untimely deaths and calamity capable of throwing individuals and families into mourning and lamentations.

“Our collective thoughts and prayers are with our mother, Chief Florence Ajimobi, and the entire Ajimobi family as well as Hon. Kolapo Kola-Daisi and the entire Oyo APC family over the unfortunate loss of Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi who was a kind, humble and caring jewel that we would all miss.

“It is painful she died at a young age when her immediate family, relations and friends needed her most and it is on this note that we pray Almighty God to grant her eternal rest and also afford everyone she left behind the fortitude to bear the collosal loss.” The Caucus stated.
