OYO SOUTH: Ex-SSG, Akin Olajide Obtains Forms, Says He’s Set to Give Senatorial District Best Representation Ever.

Oyo South Senatorial Hopeful, Alhaji Waheed Akin Olajide’s supporters gathered at his country home, en mass, to welcome him as their preferred aspirant, who had earlier traveled to Abuja for the procurement of the All Progressives Congress, APC expression of interest and nomination forms, to represent the district, come 2023.

The frontline Senatorial aspirant who arrived his Kobiowu residence, today, Saturday, April 7, around 8:30am was welcomed by his supporters, whom were apparently overwhelmed with joy, and chanting “WAO – the Distinguished Senator! WAO- it is our time!

In his remarks, Akin Olajide expressed his gratitude to God and his supporters. He stated that he is set to give the senatorial district the quality and best representation, ever, in the history of the state, if the mandate is given.

In his words,”We are on the verge of being an achiever. I will raise the bar in Oyo South. I will ensure pro people and quality representation if elected”, he emphasized.

In attendance were Leader Mutiu Arulogun ( North East ), Alhaja Lola Yussuf (North West), Elder Lukman Abass ( South West), Elder Muyiwa ( South East ), Elder Hakeem Azeez (South West), Elder Sharafadeen Aluwe (South West), Elder Monsur Senator ( South West ), Elder Taofeek Adeyemi ( Ibadan North ), Alfa Kehinde Hussein (Ido), Elder Simiyu Abiola ( South East ) among several other party faithful.
