OYO SOUTH: I’m Still in The Race – Ex-SSG, Akin- Olajide Reiterates.

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC) and Frontline Senatorial Hopeful in Oyo South District, Alhaji AbdulWaheed Akin Olajide has debunked the rumour circulating in media space that he has stepped down for one of the co-contestants.

While reacting to the rumour, the former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Akin Olajide noted that “stepping down for one aspirant in Oyo South is an uncalled fallacy. Nobody asked me to step down and I am not ready to do so. Therefore, rumourmonger should fear God and the day of judgement since, I’m still very much in the race.

While assuring his loyalists, he said,”I thank you all for your supports. I am confident of victory and I will surely deliver. Let’s be hopeful and optimistic”, Olajide added.
