Oyo South: Kolapo Kola-Daisi Dazzles Ibarapa, Pays for Party Offices in 2 LGAs.

Leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Ibarapa land showed an outpouring of support for the frontline Oyo South senatorial hopeful, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, during his visit to the zone in the past week.

During a visit that spanned an entire week, Mr. Kolapo Kola-Daisi toured the three local government areas (LGAs) in the zone, to physically engage party members and stakeholders, with a highlight being his payment for party offices for the party in Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North LGAs.

The financial guru had noticed that the party in the two LGAs do not have an official party house or office to have meetings. Upon request and in his normal humble manner, he announced that the rent for both of them be paid on the spot, with an additional provision for chairs and tables for each of the offices.

For years, party faithful in the LGAs have suffered the discomfort of not having a standard meeting place or office. So, one can understand the joy and sheer support that is seen in the videos shared from his visit, the people there are happy.

“We have a self-acclaimed high-ranking son of the soil in the party, yet, we have suffered this problem for years in Ibarapa Central. May God bless Kolapo Kola-Daisi for doing this”, one of the party members said.

“This is what we are talking about, instant impact, not empty promises. This is what the incoming Senator for Oyo South insha Allah, Kolapo Kola-Daisi has done today. We are so happy. He has removed our shame. The shame we’ve endured for years jumping from place to place to have meetings”, a leader in Ibarapa North, Mr. Ayinde stressed.

All the G-9 leaders declared support for Mr. Kola-Daisi’s ambition. During his visit to one of them, Kola Daisi was particularly praised for his efforts to bring the visible impact of senatorial representation to Ibarapa and Oyo South, and how he has started showing it by taking care of the party.

In his words, Alhaji M.O Abbas mentioned, “You are doing well Kolapo, all of this, these people around you and the things you’ve done so far, shows that you are a true son of your father. I don’t really openly salute and hail people, but I will openly salute you for your efforts so far…K K D, K K D mo yin e! (I salute you)” he stressed.

With this rain of endorsements that came from the leaders, semi-leaders and members of the party in all the 3 LGAs of Ibarapa, Mr. Kola-Daisi remains in the front seat in the race towards the Oyo South senatorial ticket.
