Oyo South: Soji Akanbi Facilitates, Installs Transformer for “House of God”, Felicitates With Christians on Easter

The members and Pastorate of Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Iyanu, Oke-Ado and residents of Ajanla Oke-Ado community in Ibadan have lauded the Chairman of Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi Foundation (RAAF), Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi who is the immediate past Senator of Oyo South Senatorial District for the facilitation and installation of 500KVA transformer which the church and the entire community have been enjoying.

The residents of the community expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Okanlomo of Ibadan Land and stressed the fact that not many people out of political office have such a heart to remain a blessing to the society, adding that Senator Akanbi remains committed to doing good for the society even out of the office and this is not surprising to them as he has been doing such even before he became a lawmaker. It was stated that he is naturally a blessed humanitarian.

The church further added that they are aware of his numerous giant strides in Oyo state even out of the office and they prayed that the good Lord bless his heart of service. They appreciated Senator Akanbi for his thoughtfulness adding that the transformer has been serving the church and the community comfortably, rescuing them from the challenges of electricity they have been experiencing in times past.

Senator Akanbi thanked the church and the entire community for their cooperation in making the project become a success and he thanked God for the opportunity to be a blessing.

In his Easter message, he urged Christians and everyone, to sustain their abiding faith in God and promote peace, love, unity and virtues that enhance the progress of the state and the country.
