PDP Thugs Unleash Terror On Us- Lanre Olaosegba
Honorable Lanre Olaosegba, The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa North East Local Council Development Area has lamented that some suspected hoodlums believed to be loyal to People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State unleased terror on him, his leader of the house and several others today while they were at the council premises to peacefully and legitimately defend the sacred mandate freely given to them by the teeming electorates at the level of Ibarapa North East LCDA.
Olaosegba reiterates how massive hoodlums were fully on ground wielding naked charms and dangerous weapons even defying the rank and file of Police officers present at the council premises and how police also feel helpless.
Meanwhile, Hon. Lanre Olaosegba salutes the courage of his fellow officials, appreciates the efforts of APC leadership, calls on Gov. Seyi Makinde to call his people to order and as well respect rule of law by allowing the democratically elected and legally recognized council bosses to perform their constitutional and official duties.
In the same vein, he commends the Nigeria Police Force for their unrelenting efforts and co-operations while thanking Inspector General of Police and Oyo State Commissioner of Police for their conducts to enforce law, maintain peace and order, he as well appeals to them to give proper monitoring to the Arrear Commanders and DPO’s across the state for strict compliance and adherence to enforcement order to return the democratically elected council helmsmen under the leadership of Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye, Oyo State ALGON Chairman, to their respective offices .
