Member, House of Representatives from Ìbàdàn North Federal Constituency, Honourable(Prince) Olaide Akínrẹ̀mí popularly known as Jagaban has empowered hundreds of youths who underwent capacity building trainings on agriculture, and other vocations from Wednesday, November 10 to Friday November 12, held at Sijuwade KS Motel, Total Garden Ibadan, in Ìbàdàn North Local Government Area of Oyo-State.

While some sets of youths got trained on poultry production as agro-business, another sets took part in training on the production of vaseline, liquid soap, disinfectants, among other items of daily household use.

All of these youths were empowered with starter packs and cash, to enable them kick start their journey of entrepreneurship at a closing ceremony that held yesterday.

This took place in the presence of critical stakeholders in Ìbàdàn North, and the beneficiaries were visibly appreciative of the efforts of Hon. Akínrẹ̀mí, who continues to establish youths in their numbers, setting them on the path of self- sufficiency through his numerous people-oriented programmes.

In the same vein, traditional, community and religious leaders who also participated in the advocacy programme on peace and conflict resolution were also financially supported, and charged to further exercise their newly acquired ideas in attending to various issues that might spring up in their various localities.
