PHOTOS: Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III’s 86th Posthumous Birthday Celebration: A Resounding Success
The late Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III’s 86th posthumous birthday celebration was a remarkable event that achieved all its planned objectives. The two-day grand finale, held on October 17 and 18, 2024, witnessed the inauguration of several impactful projects aimed at improving the lives of the people of Oyo Federal Constituency.
Empowerment and Development Projects
On October 17, 2024, five additional solar-powered boreholes were commissioned, bringing the total number to ten. The following day, a new block of six classrooms named after Oba Adeyemi III was inaugurated by Dr. Sulleiman Adediran. Furthermore, 1,600 people received a cash empowerment of ₦50,000 each, while 600 genuine farmers were distributed 600 bags of fertilizer to enhance food security.

Hon. Prince Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi, Member House of Representatives and Chairman House Committee On Agric Colleges and Institutions, expressed immense gratitude to the people of Oyo Federal Constituency, APC members, and various personalities and groups for their invaluable support and contributions.
