The House of Representatives member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Honourable (Prince) Olaide Akinremi popularly known as Jagaban has, since the middle of this week, commenced the distribution of relief items to hundreds of this constituents who were affected by a number of natural disasters.
At the Prince Akinremi Jagaban Hall situated at Samonda Ibadan, Hon.Akinremi in collaboration with the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), commenced distribution of these items to various beneficiaries on Wednesday February 8 2023 till yesterday Friday, February 10, 2023.
These items were distributed to people whose homes, shops and offices were affected by incidents like fire, building collapse, flood and other natural disasters.
Among the relief items given to affected individuals are food items in the form of bags of rice, bags of beans, kegs of vegetable oil etc. Also distributed are bundles of roofing sheets, bags of cement, large number of beds, various clothing materials for men, women, and children, among several other household items of importance.
The beneficiaries were largely grateful to Prince Akinremi Jagaban for the kind gesture which will go a long way in alleviating their suffering considering the losses they incurred as a result of the sad incidents they experienced. They offered prayers for his continuous progress, while assuring him of their support and votes in the fast coming general elections.
