Prince Akeem Adeyemi ‘Skimeh’ Celebrates One Year with President Tinubu, Commissions Roads, Empowers Constituents

Honourable Prince Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi (Skimeh), representing Oyo Federal Constituency, marked his one-year anniversary with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by commissioning four major roads across the constituency and distributing cash empowerment to over 1,500 constituents.

The commissioned roads include:  Boroboro – Oke Modina – Oyagbe – School of Science (Atiba LG), Kosobo – Akunlemun – Awe Road (Oyo East), Ori Awo – Abolongo Prison (Oyo East), and Galilee – Ebu Olose Road Awe (Afijio Local Government).

In addition, Hon. Adeyemi distributed N50,000 each to 1,500 constituents, totaling N75 million, under his cash empowerment program, SKIMEH. This brings the total number of beneficiaries to over 2,000, with 500 people empowered in September 2023 and 525 in October 2023 to mark the posthumous birthday of Ọba Lamidi Adeyemi III, the late Alaafin of Oyo.

The event was a celebration of Hon. Adeyemi’s dedication to his constituents and his commitment to delivering meaningful projects and empowerment programmes.

The people of Oyo Federal Constituency lauded Adeyemi’s achievements, eagerly anticipating more developments in the future.
