Our this week public figure and African hero of people is Prince Adéwálé Apọ́nmádẹ̀. He is a successful ICT Expert in Nigeria and an astute politician who is hitting ground running and making good waves in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Prince Adéwálé Apọ́nmádẹ̀ is a 42 year old Nigerian who hailed from Ward 5 of Akínyẹ́lé Local Government Area(LGA) of Ọ̀yọ́ State.
He attended St Michael Primary School, Òke-Sénì, Ìbàdàn. He also attended Lagos City College, Yaba, Lagos and Herbert Macaulay Grammar School, Èbúté-Mẹ́ta, Lagos for his secondary education. Prince Aponmade further studied Secretarial Studies at The Polytechnic of Ìbàdàn. After this, he studied Communication and Language Arts at the prestigious University of Ìbàdàn.

Adéwálé is a business Consultant, Graphics Artist, an ICT Innovator, and a seasoned Administrator with over 11 years wealth of experience at various Productivity Tools to include the full Microsoft Suite, Project Management Tools, Productivity Apps among others, to enhance developments across various areas, especially in the Public Sector space.

In 2012, he was appointed to serve in administration of the former Executive Governor of Ọ̀yọ́ State, Late Senator Abíọ́lá Ajímọ̀bí, as the Personal Assistant to the Special Adviser on ICT.

In 2018, he was given the opportunity to serve as the Liaison Officer to the Governor on Lands and Housing. He has also worked in various positions with several other organizations in Nigeria, such as Resourceries Ltd (Technician), E.O Guards and Safety (CSO), Tabcod Nigeria Ltd (Supervisor), Network Energy Development (Logistics Manager), Harsenal Integrated (IT Manager). He is presently the MD/CEO of April Mega Ventures & Consulting.

Adéwálé ventured into politics because of his passion for service as well as the desire to give back to the community that has given and made him what he is today. He desires to use his wealth of knowledge on development to improve the economy of his constituency that is largely agrarian through agriculture. He also desires to improve the standard of living of his constituency through a credible political representation.

Prince Aponmade was called upon by his constituents to serve and represent his people politically because many of them who have had the privilege of interacting with him and they have attested to his magnanimity, humility, honesty, wisdom, astuteness, expertise in politics and other related matters.
