In the message which was made available to Journalists by one of his Media Aides, Comrade Femi Awogboro, Adelabu maintained, “Ramadan is a period for sober reflection and a blessed time to practice charity, abstinence, compassion and forgiveness.

“As a Muslim, I know of no other month more packed with blessings than the month of Ramadan. Thus, we must leverage on its verdant opportunities to seek the face of Allah in supplications”, Chief Adelabu admonished.

The 2019 Governorship Candidate of All Progressives Congress also charged affluent Nigerians to assist in providing necessary food items to support the needy during this month of Ramandan.

It was learnt that Chief Adelabu, through his foundation, has started distributing bags of rice and other food items to people as ‘Ramadan Welfare Package’.

“This is our own little way of supporting the needy during this holy month of Ramadan. And I want others to emulate this so that more people can feel the impacts. No one singular person can provide for everybody”, Chief Adelabu charged.
