RAMADAN: Bimbo Kolade Felicitates with Muslims, Urges Faithful to Pray for Nigeria.
I join my fellow brother’s and sister’s of the Islamic faith in welcoming another Holy period of Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is the ninth month in the lunar ( Islamic ) calendar ; in which Almighty Allah instructed all Muslims faithful to observe a month of fasting.
I consider this special moment as a season of sober reflection. The holy month of Ramadan remains a joyous celebration for Muslims all over the world.
Irrespective of varying degrees of challenges confronting our clime, we must be consistent in our resolve to submit ourselves totally to the will of Allah, and put our hope unto him only.
While using this period to share love, forgiveness and reflect spiritually I implore us all to pray for the continued peace and prosperity of our dear country.
The period of Ramadan teaches us self control, self restraint, tolerance for one another irrespective of religion or tribe. It is also a month of extreme prayers, love and generosity.
It is my prayer that all our supplications and ibadah throughout this period are acceptable to Almighty Allah.
