Mrs. Hannah Olawumi Ogunesan, MFR, warmly extends her heartfelt felicitations to all Muslim faithfuls across the Oyo North Senatorial District as they commence the holy month of Ramadan for the year 2026.
Ogunesan described Ramadan as a sacred period of deep spiritual reflection, self-discipline, compassion, and renewed devotion to Almighty Allah.
Ogunesan noted that the holy month serves as a reminder of the values of sacrifice, unity, peace, and generosity, which are essential for building a harmonious and progressive society.
Ogunesan urged the Muslim Ummah to use this blessed season to pray for enduring peace, stability, and prosperity in Oyo North, Oyo State, and Nigeria as a whole.
Ogunesan also encouraged citizens to extend love and support to the less privileged, emphasising that acts of kindness and charity remain the true essence of Ramadan.
Ogunesan reaffirmed her commitment to the welfare, development, and collective progress of the people of Oyo North Senatorial District, stressing that shared values of tolerance and mutual respect must continue to guide community life.
