As the Muslims all over the world have commenced observing Ramadan fasting, the former SA on Works and Transports to late Governor Ajimobi, Engr Open Salawu has greeted Muslims on the commencement of this year holy month of Ramadan. He encouraged the faithful to pray for the state and country at large, to overcome the current security, political and other challenges hindering the progress of the nation.
“In this holy month, let’s remember the poor and the needy. May Allah bless us to be compassionate and kind. Happy Ramadan 2021!”, The Waziri Jari Nupe, Open Salawu encouraged.
Former House of Representatives Aspirant, Engr Salawu further stated that, “Ramadan is the month to seek forgiveness for our sins. May Allah accept our prayers and pardon our wrongdoings.
“May the blessed month bring us peace and prosperity. May our prayers be answered.
As we fast during this holy month, may our souls become full of gratitude and respect”, he prayed.
“May we and our families find happiness and joy! May all our wishes get fulfilled this holy month. Ramadan Mubarak to us all and our families”, Salawu concluded.
