The re-APC Ogbomoso Zone appoints Senator Brimmo Yusuf as the zonal leader.

The attention of the APC in the Ogbomoso zone has been drawn to a fictitious and unauthorised release which confirmed the appointment of Senator Brimmo Yusuf as the zonal leader of the APC in the Ogbomoso zone.

The information was wrongly posited because it was not the true reflection of what transpired at the meeting. The meeting was held to discuss the impending membership e-registration of our great party – APC – across the country and to ensure unity of purpose among all the major political players in the party. The party holds Senator Brimoh Yusuf in high esteem and appreciates his commitment towards returning the progressive into the government, but the communique released was totally against the agenda of the meeting because the entire leadership of the party has not met to nominate, appoint or ratify the nomination of anybody to occupy the position of the zonal party leadership since the demise of Baba Mogaji Banji Folaranmi Olorode.

The general public is encouraged to troop out and register with the APC during the registration exercise and avoid any activities that can promote internal rancour within the APC.
