REORIENTATION, RESTRATEGIZING AND RESTRUCTURING.

Do you still remember your goals and vision for 2022? How many of those goals have you begun to accomplish? It is time for a re-orientation, re-strategizing and re-structuring. Many a people who drafted goals in January 2022 have drifted from those goals; I understand that different factors may be responsible for this drift or lack of focus but notwithstanding, a complete lost of foresight can be dangerous.
Reorientation entails changing the course of one’s mindset or choice. This is usually necessary when certain factors try to pose a threat to the fulfilment of a laid principle or an existing plan; and when the existing plan or position is not yielding as expected.
Re-strategizing is needed when a plan needs to be changed based on different opposing factors that may want to affect the successful execution of such a plan.
Restructuring is a good way to make the few months left in the year count and be productive by changing our position, modus operandi and disposition. If we keep doing a thing the same way, we will never get a different or better result.
How realistic are your goals? How determined and positioned are you? Goals as they may seem, can be great weapons of change only if we focus on them as and when due, and be determined to work around them regardless of opposing factors. Each time a previous mapped strategy fails, launch immediately to re-strategize and reposition yourself to be fit and ready to grab the bull by its horn.
Look back now, analyze your position, disposition and vision for 2022 and let us reason together. How well have you maximized the months of January to June? Gradually, July is also going to its full end. Have you had a positive influence over anyone or have you made a positive change in yourself, your family, group or community? Are you still waiting for others to take the first leap or have you bowed your head under the blanket of disappointment? What are you doing to be a better version of yourself and what are you doing to up your skills and be more marketable, relevant and fruitful?
Remember, pessimists see difficulties in every situation while optimists see opportunities in every situation. 2022 is gradually packing up and the truth remains that challenges will always find a way to introduce themselves to us in different shades, sizes and stages but if you will rejoice by December, you must learn to always re-orientate yourself, re-strategise and restructure your goals per season.
