Sen Buhari Sympathises with Family, Oke Ogun Muslims over Region’s Chief Imam’s Demise
The Senator representing the good people of Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai, has sympathised with the family and generality of Muslims in Oke Ogun, part of Oyo State, over the demise of their leader, chairman, Leagues of Imams and Alfas in the zone, and Chief Imam of Tedeland, Alhaji Ahmad Tijani Adedigba.
Senator Buhari expressed his heartfelt condolences in a press release issued about the death of the Islamic scholar in Abuja this morning.
According to Senator Buhari, Imam Ahmad was more than a constituent and a religious leader to him; he was a father who played the fatherly role for him from the beginning of their relationship to this very end.
The lawmaker identified the Chief Imam as a cleric who committed his entire life to serving his Creator as commanded and recorded memorable impacts in the lives of anybody who had contact with him.
While charging the immediate family of the scholar left behind to repose their confidence and trust in God, the Sustainer, Senator Buhari, declared that the late religious leader will be remembered and always be celebrated for his good deeds and quest for the development of Tedeland and Oke Ogun region in general.
Praying to God to reward all the good deeds of Alhaji Ahmad with the best of paradise, Senator Buhari prayed that the fortitude to bear the loss would be given to the family of the late Islamic cleric left behind.
