Social Action : OFAB Foundation Donates Laptop to NIDCOM
OFAB Foundation donates a premium laptop to Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) .
OFAB Foundation founded by the globally renowned technocrat and illustrious son of Oyo State from Ibarapa Land, Asiwaju Olawuyi Folarin Alao(OFAB) has made another history today as Unik Tech , IT Company in Lagos partnered with the foundation donated a premium grade branded new laptop to Nigerians In Diasporas Commission(NIDCOM) this morning in Lagos as part of the foundation’s contributions to an enabling working environment of the Commission .
In her word, the Lady Chairperson of NIDCOM, Hon. Abike Dabiri Erewa appreciated the entire OFAB Foundation team and promised to send official appreciation letter to the foundation .
This newspaper, Africano Trumpeters recalled that all facilities of NIDCOM are not accessible to the commission’s team for the past few months because of their inability to gain entrance to their fully furnished office situated inside the Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy building .
Allegedly, the commission’s team was driven out from their well furnished office by the Honourable Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami when the commission’s chairperson , Abike Dabiri was in Ethiopia for an official assignment. The commission has complained to the appropriate authorities but yet to have access to the office.
“While this is being looked into by the appropriate stakeholders, NIDCOM works will need to progress ….. many Nigerians in Diaspora have been showing huge supports to NIDCOM in various ways”, Abike Dabiri Stated .
